Kids' Amateur Radio Day @ 12pm - 4pm
Explore amateur radio with SMARA, who operate a complete amateur radio station housed at miSci under the call sign W2IR. Connect with kids across the country, and maybe even around the world, while you explore the valuable communication tool of amateur radio. Kids' Amateur Radio Day at miSci is part of a national event hosted by the American Radio Relay League (ARRL), the largest organization of radio amateurs in the United States with over 150,000 members.
